Potential New shop in Canterbury

For those of you in the Canterbury area I have received an email from Ruth Dray:

Due to the high level of spam currently being recieved, new users will only be accepted if they fill in at least their real name and location in the sign up form. We understand some people do not like this but it is one of the few ways we have of weeding out the spammers.

Battle Lists

I've decided to keep a list of all my battles on a Friday night on the site for all to see, it will identify the armies and game being played, the opponent and the results. If anyone else would like to do the same feel free, click on the content link in the site links menu and then click on submit content. Select the Battle Reports section and then Friday Night Battle Lists from the pull down menu.

If you want a quick link to mine its here.

I would like to make more use of other features link this of the site, otherwise it is only a forum and calendar.

Disruption to service

I have just received the following from our service provider:

We are upgrading several servers tomorrow night (Monday). The work will start between 7.30pm and 8pm GMT. If your website is affected, you might experience disruption to email and website services during this time. We aim to conclude the work within 30 minutes but it might take a little longer. The work will be completed as quickly as possible.

Mark II House Rules

I have just sat and gone through the House Rules document that was written for our Tournaments and have now modified it to take into account the Mark II rulebook and the Mark II Steamroller rule document. Please read this through and post any questions in the forums.

If you are bringing a Mark II Hordes army please remember to bring your own print out of the rules and also of the cards.

Welcome to the new site

Well I had hoped to spend a little longer getting this one just right, however someone let the cat out of the bag!

Hopefully everything is working fine and everything is where you expect it, I have changed themes to make life a little less oppressive. The three little icons at the top of the page allow you to change the font size, it is set to the smallest by default!

There may some further changes to the site in the near future.
